In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, Gateway Arts Council invites you to experience My American Quilt, a vibrant and imaginative art exhibit created entirely by young artists, ages 2 to 18.
This unique collection brings together individually crafted “quilt squares,” each one a personal expression of what America means to its young creator. From liberty and diversity to family and hometown pride, every square tells a story, stitched together not with thread, but with heart.
Artists were encouraged to use any medium of their choice: painting, drawing, collage, mosaic, or mixed media, the sky was truly the limit. The result is a powerful and colorful tapestry of creativity, patriotism, and youthful perspective.
Come celebrate the next generation of artists and dreamers as they piece together their vision of America, one square at a time.
