Downtown Sidney Holiday Lights Grand Illumination

Join us for the Grand Illumination of the Holiday Lights in downtown Sidney! Come early and stay late to dine and visit our shops! The lighting will take place at 6:00 p.m. sharp with a short program just before the magic happens. Spectators are asked to gather on the courthouse square to see the lighting. Programming will take place primarily on the East side of the courthouse lawn with lights being visible all around the square. We can’t wait to kick off the holiday season with you!

Winter Wonderland Parade/Christmas of Yesteryear

Enjoy to sights, tastes & sounds of a Historic Downtown Sidney Christmas! It’s a great time to shop local and finish up those Christmas lists too! See our downtown all dresses up for the holidays and enjoy a wonderful evening parade, complete with Santa and Mrs. Clause! The Reason for the Season Lighting Ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. with the parade stepping off at 7:30 p.m. We ask that all spectators remain on the sidewalk during the parade for everyone’s safety.
