Due to the threat of rain in Saturday’s weather forecast, the Backstage Block Party has been moved indoors. All band performances and other activities will take place in the Historic Sidney Theatre.
Beginning at Noon you’ll enjoy a total of six bands. Headlining the day-long entertainment is Journey tribute band sensation The Absolute Journey Tribute who take the stage for what’s sure to be a memorable performance of all the band’s top hits to include Stone in Love, Separate Ways, Open Arms, Who’s Crying Now, Don’t Stop Believin’, Any Way You Want It, and more. Local bands being featured include Monkeywrench, City of Bright, Kevin and the Others, Turnaround & Reflektion.

Food trucks, beer/wine, and soft drinks are all available on site.
Admission to the Backstage Block Party is FREE.
New this year in the afternoon, the Kids Arts Zone will feature an area for kids to learn and participate in a variety of art forms. Also being planned is a Community Impact Zone.
