Ghosts, goblins, superheroes & princesses will gather in downtown Sidney for a costume contest and fun activities! A costume contest for ages 0-12 years will be held with registration from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The contest begins at 11:00 a.m.
After the contest, be sure to visit Ron & Nita’s & Amos Memorial Public Library for more fun!
In addition, some downtown businesses will be passing out candy.
