Lake Loramie Color Competition Weekend

13th Annual Duck Derby & Duck N Run 5K

The Big Brothers Big Sisters Duck Derby will be held at Tawawa Park’s Mosquito Creek near Geib Pavilion. Be there for all the fun and to cheer on your duck!
The 13th Annual Duck N’ Run 5K will also be held at scenic Tawawa Park. Registration will begin at 7:00 p.m. The race will begin at 8:15 p.m. Runners, walkers, and “waddlers” will follow a course through the park with refreshments and awards waiting at the finish line.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Parade in McCartyville

St. Patrick’s Day in McCartyville is a celebration like no other. The day’s activities will feature an Irish Jog at 11:00 a.m., the parade at 1:30 p.m., a putter golf challenge, music, drinks, food & fun around town after the parade. Wear your green and come on out for the party.

A Hometown Derby will take place with local celebrities! “Bet” on your favorite Jockey at the event!
Mint Juleps, great bourbon, local beer, and great food will be available for all attendees!
A Derby Hat Contest will take place at the event. Registration forms will be available prior to the event or on event day until 2:00 p.m.
Votes will be tallied for the best dressed!
